Name: Monique Davenport, though those close to her simply refer to her as Mona.
Gender: Female
Zodiac Sign: Scorpio.
Country of Origin: Born in Manhattan to two fabulously wealthy British expats. Her words, not mine.
Occupation: In training to take over her mother's fashion line one day. Her training mostly consists of buying a lot of clothes "in order to check out the competition."
Likes: Her kitty Lady Stardust, springtime in London, her credit cards, foreign films, painting, David Bowie, etc.
Dislikes: People who make judgements about her purely based on her wealth, her habit of losing jewelry, humidity (it and her hair just do not mix), etc.
Quick Bio: Though she can come across as a bit of a snob at times, deep down, Monique is a sweetheart. She regularly donates money to charity and often volunteers as a "weekend puppy sitter" for Puppies Behind Bars, something Lady Stardust doesn't exactly appreciate. Of course, since she has a reputation to maintain, she makes sure to keep these good deeds under wraps.
As far as Monique is concerned, the only person who truly knows and understands her is Persephone. Though they have their differences (Persephone will lounge about in her dino suit, Mona in last season's Dolce & Gabbana), the two met at NYU and have been best friends since the moment 'Seph asked for one of Mona's paintings as a birthday present, passing up a perfectly good Tiffany's bracelet.

Country of Origin: Unknown. As her parents tell the story, she just showed up on their doorstep one day as a baby -- in a dino suit that seems to grow in size with her. That, combined with the fact that her first word was "velociraptor," lead Persephone's Ma & Pa to believe that their daughter was quite special.

Occupation: Intern for Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Few people know it but she was actually the mastermind behind the infamous Walker, Texas Ranger clips. Being called "an utter genius" to her face by "her late night Leprechaun" remains the highlight of her life.
Likes: Animals (esp. those with scales!), birthday parties (an excuse to give people presents!), Ben & Jerry's Fossil Fuel ice cream, reading the morning's comics over a cup of coffee, flea markets, drive-in theatres, writing, etc.
Dislikes: Carson Daly (she literally ran into him during a coffee run once -- he called her a "lowly intern," she tossed a salamander at his head), anyone who calls Mona a snob, etc.
Quick Bio: One of the kindest souls you ever could meet, Persephone is the type of person you can't help but like. However, due to her being a bit of a free spirit and an extroverted goofball, Persephone often finds that people make the mistake of underestimating her intelligence. The fact of the matter is, Persephone is as sharp as a tack and wise beyond her years, sometimes scarily so.
Though adopted, Persephone has no interest in discovering the identities of her birth parents. Still, as much as she may try to ignore it at times, there's no denying that she's different. To this day, she still wonders what that Tarot Card reader meant about having some sort of spiritual awakening in her twenties before giving her back her cash...
